Standard series often ship within 15–35 days after drawings and deposits are confirmed. Large or highly bespoke projects are quoted with a dedicated production schedule so you can align site work and container bookings.
Yes. We work from your architectural drawings or site measurements and can match frame depths, sash configurations, hardware brands, and glass specs (e.g. low-E, laminated, acoustic). If you only have photos or references, send them and we will propose a compliant solution.
We regularly ship FOB/CIF/DDP by sea and can coordinate packing lists, commercial invoices, and certificate requests for your market. Our team can recommend incoterms and loading plans based on your port and container mix.
Yes. Our factory partners long term with local installers, dealers, or fit-out contractors and can arrange installation for you. You pay the installation fee. The amount depends on your specific needs and the quotation from the installer.

For our overseas markets, we currently operate showrooms in California, USA; Dubai; and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, so local customers can visit in person to learn about our windows and doors.
