Typical production lead times are generally around 25 days. However, for certain product series, production can be completed in as quickly as 15 days.
As for the logistics and shipping time, it depends on the destination region and varies based on the specific order and the vessel booked.
Please transfer the payment to our designated factory bank account. We will start production after receiving 50% of the total order amount as deposit. The full balance must be settled before shipment, and we will arrange delivery only after the final payment is confirmed.
Profiles/Frames: 10-year warranty.
Glass: 5-year warranty (applicable only to non-human factors such as spontaneous glass breakage; accidental or man-made damage is excluded).
MOQ is 1 piece. We can customize even a single window for you.
It usually takes around 15 to 18 days.
Sea freight
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): We will deliver the goods right to your specified address. All costs including shipping fees, import taxes and customs duties are on our side.
FOB (Free On Board): We deliver the goods to the departure port. You need to arrange the follow-up sea transportation, handle customs clearance and bear all related expenses.
EXW (Ex Works) means the price is quoted based on our factory. You will pick up the goods at our factory and take charge of all subsequent shipping, customs procedures and relevant costs.
It generally takes about 15 days.
The window frames are covered under a 10-year warranty. The glass enjoys a 5-year warranty against non-artificial damage and spontaneous breakage.
We do not include installation in our service. If you need installation, we cooperate with local installers in many overseas cities. The installation fee shall be borne by you. Please tell us your city, and we will check if the service is available there. The installation cost varies by city and will be quoted directly by local installers.
As of June 2026, we offer installation service in the following cities with local partners:
