These Terms are provided in multiple languages for convenience. If a translation differs from the English version, the English text prevails to the extent permitted by law. This document is general information only and is not legal advice.
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your access to and use of websites, content, and online services operated by MC Bos window ("we", "us", or "our"), including pages where you browse products, read articles, request quotations, register an account, or contact our team.
By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. A separate written contract, proforma invoice, or purchase order signed with us may contain additional or different terms; in case of conflict, that signed commercial agreement controls for the relevant transaction.
2. About our services
MC Bos window is a source factory for aluminium windows and doors based in Foshan, Guangdong, China. Our website provides product information, inspiration content, and tools to inquire about pricing and lead times for export and project supply.
Unless we expressly agree in writing, browsing the site does not create a binding order. Quotations, samples, and production schedules are subject to confirmation after we review your specifications, drawings, and destination requirements.
3. Eligibility and user accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use account features such as saving favorites, managing a cart, or submitting quote requests.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at windowdoor.factory@outlook.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
4. Quotations, pricing, and orders
Prices, MOQs, finishes, hardware, glazing, shipping terms (such as FOB, CIF, or DDP), and lead times shown on the site or in emails are indicative until we issue a formal quotation or contract. Currency, duties, taxes, and local compliance costs are your responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Placing a quote request or adding items to a cart does not reserve inventory or guarantee production capacity. A binding order exists only after we accept it in writing (for example via signed contract, confirmed proforma, or written order acknowledgment).
5. Product information and specifications
We strive to keep descriptions, images, drawings, and performance data accurate, but minor variations may occur due to profile updates, glass or hardware availability, or project-specific engineering. Always confirm critical dimensions, U-values, wind loads, and certification requirements before production.
Colors, textures, and images on screen may differ from physical samples because of display settings and batch finishing. We recommend approving samples or shop drawings for custom projects.
6. Intellectual property
The site, logos, product photography, text, layouts, and other materials are owned by MC Bos window or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and print pages for your internal business evaluation.
You may not copy, scrape, frame, reverse engineer, or redistribute site content for commercial publication without our prior written consent, except as allowed by mandatory law.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting unauthorized access, introducing malware, harvesting data, impersonating others, submitting false quote information, or interfering with site security or performance.

10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MC Bos window and its directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the site.
Our total liability for claims relating to the site (other than liability that cannot be excluded by law) is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for the specific order giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the event, or (b) USD 100.
11. Privacy and communications
When you register, request a quote, or contact us, we process information such as your name, email, company details, project description, and uploaded files to respond to inquiries and perform contracts. We may send service messages about your requests or account.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply. Disputes should first be resolved amicably; if unresolved, they may be submitted to the courts with jurisdiction in Foshan, Guangdong, China, unless a signed commercial contract specifies otherwise.
